Welcome to ZATech Studios. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

ZATech Studios provides professional digital marketing and design services, including but not limited to:

• Website Design & Development
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Social Media Management
• Google Ads Campaigns
• Graphic Design

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

2. Payment Terms

1. Web Design & Logo Design
   • A 50% deposit is required before commencement of work.
   • The remaining 50% must be paid upon project completion and prior to the final delivery.
2. Other Services (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, Graphic Design, etc.)
   • Payment is required upfront before any work begins.
3. Payment Methods
   • Payments can be made via EFT, or any other method agreed upon. Note; ATM Deposit, a extra fee of R50 is required
4. Late Payments
   • Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of services until payment is received.

3. Project Scope & Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, branding materials, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Any delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
• Changes or additions to the agreed scope may incur additional costs.

4. Revisions & Approval

• Web design and logo design projects include a limited number of revisions (as specified in the project proposal).
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Final approval from the client is required before project delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

• ZATech Studios retains ownership of all work until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership and rights of the delivered work are transferred to the client.
• ZATech Studios reserves the right to use non-confidential work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless a separate agreement is made.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Deposits for web design and logo projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Services canceled after payment will be subject to evaluation on completed work and time spent.
• Refunds for other services are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

• ZATech Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• While we strive to deliver quality results, we do not guarantee specific rankings for SEO or advertising campaigns.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
