• Custom graphic design files delivered digitally

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

1. Non-Delivery of Services: If ZATech Studios fails to provide the agreed service within the specified timeframe.
2. Quality Standards Not Met: If deliverables significantly deviate from the agreed project brief and efforts to correct the issues fail.

Note: Refunds are not provided for changes of mind, delays caused by the client, or dissatisfaction with results that are subjective in nature.
